Our clients rely on Careline, the UK’s leading care alarm service, to give our clients and their families total peace of mind should immediate medical assistance be needed.

At the push of a button on the pendant we provide, an alarm is triggered at the alarm response centre where highly trained operators will be assigned to the emergency and ensure help is on its way fast.

Whether it’s due to a fall, feeling unwell or simply requiring assistance, the button will give the operator instant access to personal details to save valuable time and alert nominated keyholders or the emergency services if urgent medical attention is needed. Where possible, the operator will remain on the line until help arrives.
