Every employee is offered a free annual training programme with recognised training qualification courses offered all year round. Our programmes include:
A 12-week care certificate
Which includes infection control, nutrition, health and safety, first aid, the principles that safeguard adults and children, person-centred care amongst other modules.
Diplomas
Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
