Sahan Cares is a family-run, social enterprise and we’re committed to enhancing the lives of adults and the elderly in West London through exemplary care and support that really does make a difference.

We were founded many years ago with a mission to go further for the loved ones and their families and to ensure that, with our support, they would remain safe, secure and cherished every day.

Today, our incredible team uses this wealth of specialist care and support expertise to deliver lifechanging, holistic services to adults, the elderly and those with mental health conditions and disabilities. We also go further for women who have been marginalised or victims or inequality by offering them free training, counselling and employment opportunities to help them transform their lives.

In return, we empower them by reinvesting our profits in our Sahan Cares Training Academy and equipping them with all the skills and ongoing refresher training they need.

Every member of our care team is regularly health-screened, DBS-checked and fully compliant with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Each is employed with ultra-flexible working hours that suit their personal circumstances and family lives – and we don’t believe in zero-hour contracts because they don’t protect those who consistently go the extra mile for us or reflect the value we place on them.
