We provide domiciliary and personal care services under two key categories:

Basic Activities of Daily Living (BADL)

Support offered in this category of need consists of personal hygiene and self-care assistance, dressing and undressing, eating, transferring from bed to chair and back, continence management, and moving around.

Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL)

Supporting with doing light housework, preparing meals, taking medications, shopping for groceries or clothes, accompanying clients on outings and medical visits, using the telephone, managing and using technology.

We also provide support and respite services for carers/parents to include:
Personal Care
  • Dressing/Undressing
  • Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
  • Washing & Bathing
  • Toileting
  • Bed Making
Domestic Care
  • Cleaning and general household tasks
  • Shopping
  • Laundry (including incontinence laundry)
Social Care
  • Companionship, social skills and social interaction
  • Escorting to medical and social appointments
  • Letter writing , reading and managing correspondence
  • Participation in hobbies where possible
